Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- willingness to work weekend shifts including Sundays
- ability to stand, walk and bend throughout the entire workday
- capability to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 30 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions and hand-eye coordination tasks

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to create the Starbucks experience for guests by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products
- provide beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- follow health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- deliver legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the guest
- discover and respond to guest needs
