Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 60 lb boxes on occasion
- Must exert 25-60 lbs of force frequently and 10-20 lbs of force constantly while moving materials
- Dexterous use of both hands
- Ability to stand and move about various workstations
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Ability to use knives and sharp instruments
- Good corrected vision and hearing
- Ability to work on slippery floors
- Must successfully complete Starbucks Initial Store Training
- Must follow all Starbucks and Pyramid Foods guidelines
- Must comply with company dress code and wear name tag
- Must follow proper cash handling techniques to minimize cash over/short
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to learn and follow Starbucks beverage preparation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Providing exceptional service to all clientele
- Accurately making all drinks to Starbucks specifications
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized kiosk
- Stocking the kiosk with needed supplies from the backroom storage area
- Keeping all counters and tables clean for customer use
- Leaving the kiosk clean and ready for next barista
- Staying up to date with the latest product knowledge
