Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 60 lb boxes on occasion
- must exert 25-60 lbs of force frequently
- must exert 10-20 lbs of force constantly
- must have dexterous use of both hands
- must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- must comply with company dress code and wear name tag
- must complete Starbucks Initial Store Training
- must follow Starbucks guidelines regarding product shelf life
- must follow company guidelines for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- basic math skills for cash handling
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and Starbucks guidelines
- attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- providing exceptional service to all clientele
- accurately making all drinks to Starbucks specifications
- maintaining a clean and well-organized kiosk
- stocking the kiosk with needed supplies from the backroom storage area
- keeping all counters and tables clean for customer use
- leaving the kiosk clean and ready for next barista
- staying up to date with the latest product knowledge
