Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent interpersonal skills
capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
basic proficiency with electronic equipment
strong communication skills
attention to detail
positive attitude and willingness to learn

comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

Create 'WOW' moments that positively impact customers
assist customers with orders for various Starbucks services
provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
respond to customer questions effectively and efficiently
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits
stock products and product displays according to merchandising standards
