Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
  • basic proficiency with electronic equipment
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Create 'WOW' moments that positively impact customers
  • assist customers with orders for various Starbucks services
  • provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
  • ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
  • respond to customer questions effectively and efficiently
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits
  • stock products and product displays according to merchandising standards
