Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of supervisory experience in restaurant or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Work a weekly schedule of designated shifts in coordination with other managers
  • supervise daily floor operations including occasional opening and closing duties
  • maintain "Every Guest, Every Time" focus to ensure positive guest experiences
  • oversee new hire training and consistently foster a team culture
  • provide ongoing training and coaching of all front-of-house staff
  • assist with periodic performance reviews
  • maintain accurate daily records and cash handling procedures
  • ensure exceptional presentation of products, displays, signage, uniforms, furnishings, and facilities
  • provide a safe work environment and enforce food safety practices
  • understand and adhere to all SFO and TSA rules and regulations
  • complete daily administrative duties including manager log notes and employee documentation
  • maintain effective communication with management personnel
  • participate in company training programs including new hire and safety training
  • follow all operations and HR procedures
  • maintain positive work environment and relations
  • assist in candidate recruitment and onboarding
  • ensure HR compliance including recruitment, discipline, terminations, and wage and hour laws
  • manage materials maintenance and distribution
  • perform monthly compliance walkthroughs including safety and sanitation checks
  • assist in mediating and resolving employee conflicts
  • foster positive interactions with employees and management
  • maintain department calendar
  • assist in training topic creation and enforcement
  • participate in company safety team
  • support monitoring of employee morale programs
  • document internal issues consistently
  • collaborate with GM, DOO, and HR towards location goals
