Job Requirements
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 75 percent of the time and move as required
- Frequent operation of food and beverage tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management
- Ability to frequently move up to 42 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- Alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Food handling certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Greets guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, totals receipts, collects payments
- Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages when legal age is questionable
- Stocks and maintains supplies, refrigerators, dispensers, and/or display cases, replaces soda and CO2 tanks as necessary
- Transports soiled dishes/glassware to kitchen and concession breakdown stations
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Responsible for set up and break down of concession stands, carts, and portable stations
- Complies with all company, local, state, and national regulations pertaining to food quality, sanitation, and safety
- Performs all duties on checklist including cleaning duties
- Completes all other duties as assigned
