Job Requirements
- Education level relevant to experience
- over 5 years concessions leadership experience
- willingness and ability to travel domestically for extended periods
- knowledge of catering and buffet equipment and operations
- capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- physical ability to stand, walk and lift approximately 50 lbs
- valid driver's license
- ability to work long and demanding shifts
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- adaptability in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in concessions, sports and entertainment operations, or food and beverage supervision
- experience in high volume stadiums or special events preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and point of sale systems
- valid driver's license with the ability to rent and drive cars
- ability to operate golf carts
- stamina to work 50+ hours per week and extended shifts of 10+ hours
- flexibility to work various shifts
- excellent listening and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong time management skills
- exceptional customer service skills with client-focused attitude
- ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- Lead meetings with volunteer groups and maintain communication with the director of concessions and operations team
- manage volunteer and temporary staff at concession stands
- prepare organizational documents and restock concession supplies
- set up smallwares and equipment ensuring readiness
- clean equipment and stock beverage coolers
- understand and assist with POS (Square) systems
- train new volunteer groups and team members
- ensure staff punctuality and report tardiness
- manage concessions at PGA tournaments and events including setup, ordering and inventory
- supervise food preparation and service ensuring health and safety compliance
- enforce bar policies and train bartenders
- directly supervise concessions employees including hiring and coaching
- conduct pre-shift meetings and manage event staff teams
- maintain safe and sanitary conditions while securing revenues and security systems
- coordinate event logistics and operational needs
- assist with POS maintenance
- ensure client satisfaction onsite
- assist with post-event inventory and loading
- complete breakdown of stands and bars
- secure and finalize POS transactions and prepare units for delivery
