Job Requirements

  • 5+ years leadership experience in concessions, sports and entertainment operations, food and beverage or operations supervising
  • ability to travel domestically throughout the year including trips from 10-20 days in length
  • knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Points of Sale
  • must have valid driver’s license, be able to rent and drive cars, and be able to operate a golf cart
  • ability to obtain forklift license preferred
  • stamina to work 50+ hours per week as needed
  • must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more
  • must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
  • excellent listening and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in concessions, sports and entertainment operations, food and beverage or operations supervising
  • experience in high volume stadiums or special events preferred
  • ability to travel domestically including trips lasting 10-20 days
  • computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Point of Sale systems
  • valid driver’s license and ability to rent and drive vehicles
  • ability to operate golf carts
  • stamina to work 50+ hours per week including 10+ hour shifts
  • flexibility with work schedule and shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead meetings with volunteer groups and maintain communication with the director of concessions and operations team
  • manage volunteer groups and temporary staff at concession stands
  • prepare organizational documents and restock sheets for each concession location
  • set up smallwares and ensure equipment is operational
  • clean equipment and stock beverage coolers
  • understand and assist with payment systems like Square Point of Sale
  • train new team members and integrate volunteer groups
  • enforce punctuality and report tardiness to director
  • manage concessions for PGA golf tournaments and special events including POS installation and operational training
  • supervise food preparation and service ensuring health and safety compliance
  • maintain bar policies and ensure bartenders are trained
  • hire, coach, and implement corrective actions for concession employees
  • conduct pre-shift meetings and manage staff schedules
  • maintain safety, sanitation standards, and security procedures
  • coordinate logistics and facilitate operational needs
  • assist with POS maintenance
  • ensure client satisfaction and welcome guests
  • conduct post-event inventory and oversee food donations
  • complete breakdown of stands and bars
  • secure and finalize POS transactions and units for delivery
