Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old for concessions and catering roles
- must be 18 years old or older for prep cooks dishwashers and security personnel
- must be 21 years old or older and taps certified for bartenders and wet side concessions
- ability to work from mid may to mid september
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- capable of standing for extended periods
- good physical health
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food and beverage service or event management advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- valid certification for bartending (for bartenders)
- knowledge of safety protocols and customer service
- ability to handle cash transactions and tips
Job Duties
- manage lights sound and theatre and stage set up and break down
- assist with seating guests and escorting guests out of show
- serve food and beverages at events
- handle off-site bar services for big events
- ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- communicate effectively with team members and event organizers
