Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- One plus years of healthcare, elder care, social work, or related experience
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Current driver's license and insurance
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- One or more years of experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry

Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of caregiver performance management, ensuring proper protocols for employee recognition, discipline, and termination
- Providing one-on-one supervision to caregivers including training, coaching, counseling, disciplining, hiring, and firing
- Analyzing caregivers to identify the best match for each job assignment based on client needs and caregiver attributes
- Managing the Caregiver Team, responding to their requests and ensuring policy compliance
- Supporting caregiver retention through high-touch personnel management and connection to support systems
- Proactively reaching out to caregivers with scheduled check-in calls
- Collaborating with recruiting team to facilitate interviewing, screening, and hiring new caregivers
- Ensuring caregivers complete orientation and coordinating additional training
- Communicating with clients and families to maintain positive relationships
- Determining caregiver pay rates to maintain margins and staffing success
- Managing daily entries in scheduling system including time worked, notes, and payroll verification
- Reviewing caregiver performance and adjusting compensation aligned with business goals
- Making expense decisions within budget parameters
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Maintaining documentation for disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and terminations
- Overseeing caregiver profiles and skill sets in scheduling systems
- Ensuring caregiver competence with company tools and technology
- Providing after-hours support via email, phone, and home visits
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
