Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of related field experience preferred (working or educational)
- understanding of basic non-profit group, whether recruiting or volunteering, is a plus
- excellent attention to detail, listening, oral, and written communication skills
- friendly and enthusiastic personality
- resourceful and motivated to learn
- able to analyze issues and follow escalation plan
- able to work independently without close supervision
- understands company processes, follows procedures, and familiarity with basic office technology
- able to multi-task and plan ahead in a high-volume environment
- experience with MyStaff, Microsoft software, and SmartSheets is highly desirable
Job Duties
- assist the Concessions and HR Manager(s) with prospect research and recruitment of new NPO groups
- assist with the onboarding and compliance of new and existing NPO groups
- assist with trainings, including updating the NPO Standard Operation Procedure (SoP) handbook
- ensure event schedules are communicated in advance and confirmed via email and phone
- assist with event day NPO check in, including set-up and break down of employee check-in area
- uphold the uniform policy by managing the distribution and inventory of uniforms
- ensure NPO volunteer members understand and adhere to health and safety policies
