Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in healthcare or administrative role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing facility preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Experience with scheduling and timecard approval
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and paging
- Basic knowledge of medical records management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of essential functions and supportive duties throughout the facility
- Coordinate staff schedules and duties
- Approve timecards for department
- Organize information flow by maintaining and enhancing communication
- Maintain the medical record contents and order
- Manage supply ordering
- Conduct chart audits
- Assist with resident billing of services
- Greet all visitors
- Answer a multi-line phone system and transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Use of paging systems
- Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties with various departments as needed
