Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- previous custodial experience preferred
- ability to lift 50 pounds following safety procedures
- ability to work standing for long periods
- ability to crawl in small and tight spaces
- ability to work in various environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wind, and rain
- ability to walk and climb stairs
- ability to handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to navigate property and building quickly
- ability to repeat motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 3 feet
- ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- previous custodial experience preferred
- multiple language fluency is desirable
- strong customer service skills

- knowledge of OSHA regulations
- ability to handle cleaning equipment safely
Job Duties
- Inspect work performed in assigned building or property and submit reports to the supervisor
- perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning
- inform supervisor of needed supplies
- maintain cleaning solutions according to OSHA requirements
- remove trash and assist in emergency cleaning
- properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures
- maintain a friendly and professional attitude
- maintain appropriate levels of sanitary and cleaning supplies
- inspect assigned areas daily and report discrepancies
- ensure adherence to security procedures
- follow all safety precautions during work
- complete daily work orders
- maintain assigned equipment in good working condition
- clean restrooms including sweeping, mopping, refilling dispensers, cleaning toilets and sinks
- report discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor
- respond promptly to emergencies
