Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 8-10 years of events marketing experience focusing on B2B mid-market
  • proven track record of successful event execution and delivering measurable outcomes
  • strong analytical and project management skills
  • ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • familiarity with marketing automation and event management tools
  • willingness to travel as needed
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in events marketing with a focus on B2B mid-market audiences
  • proven success in developing and executing event strategies delivering measurable business outcomes like lead generation and revenue attribution
  • ability to drive results in complex, cross-functional environments with a customer-centric perspective
  • strong analytical skills for event performance tracking and operational improvements
  • experience with a wide range of event types including webinars, virtual summits, in-person conferences, field events, trade shows, and ABM events
  • excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • deep understanding of mid-market business needs and aspirations
  • proficiency with marketing and event technology platforms

Job Duties

  • manage the end-to-end execution of mid-market events and programs throughout the year
  • provide strategic oversight and act as a central coordinator for a variety of mid-market-focused events
  • define clear event goals, KPIs, and success metrics to demonstrate business outcomes
  • craft customer-centric content tailored to mid-market audiences
  • design and optimize post-event nurture campaigns to maximize lead conversion and engagement
  • manage event budgets and oversee vendor selection to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
  • promote experimentation with new event formats, technologies, and approaches to enhance effectiveness
  • collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a unified event strategy
