Job Requirements

  • Experience in forklift operation or willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate small box trucks, pick-up trucks, trailers, and vans or willingness to learn
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient multitasking and planning abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Self-starter with capacity to follow directives
  • Ability to perform or learn equipment maintenance
  • Punctual and prepared with necessary tools and protective gear
  • Consistent availability to work scheduled hours in a high-volume event production environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, GED certificate
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in warehousing, event management, retail, or similar roles preferred
  • Effective communication skills with staff and vendors
  • Proficient multitasking, planning, and execution within assigned timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to perform or learn basic maintenance on equipment
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent work ethic
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation and vehicle handling skills

Job Duties

  • Support warehouse projects, including completing inventories, preparing, picking, packing of various event equipment, supplies, and product
  • Load, unload, deliver and receive equipment, product, and supplies at warehouses and event sites
  • Support management of company fleet, ensuring fleet is prepared, delivered and staged for operation at event sites
  • Maintain day-to-day warehouse facility operations including maintenance, security, and health and safety compliance
  • Assist Signage and Branding manager with maintaining signage inventories and preparation for events
  • Promote improvements to internal warehouse controls and processes
  • Assist in implementing CEM's sustainability practices within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with various company departments on warehouse projects
  • Participate in event planning, recap, and operations meetings
  • Support distribution teams with product, supplies, and equipment logistics during events
  • Manage equipment check-out and check-in processes
  • Facilitate event site setup and teardown
  • Perform other duties as assigned
