Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain Indiana license
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values including compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence
- Ability to engage staff and champion infection prevention practices
- Strong commitment to employee education and retention
- Excellent data tracking, auditing, and analysis skills

Job Qualifications
