  • Proven ability to produce large-scale, multi-day events
  • Creative excellence with strong execution skills
  • Experience developing VIP and executive programs

  • Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
  • Ability to build event programs linked to marketing and pipeline goals
  • Capability to scale experiences globally
  • Prior leadership or team mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or large-scale program leadership
  • Proven track record of producing complex, multi-day events with thousands of attendees
  • Strong creative excellence and taste to push boundaries with design and experience execution
  • Demonstrated experience building VIP and executive-level programs
  • Strong agency leadership skills with a driver mentality
  • Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiation, contracting, and operational governance
  • Experience building event programs tied to measurable funnel impact and pipeline generation
  • Ability to translate brand and product strategy into scalable global experiences
  • Prior experience hiring, mentoring, or leading teams or readiness to grow into leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working with executives, GTM, and technical stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of all major proprietary events including global user conferences, industry summits, executive programs, developer events, and research showcases
  • Architect the full event experience from creative concept to audience journey ensuring brand amplification
  • Develop and operationalize a global events playbook scalable across geographies and functions
  • Partner with Demand Gen on event promotion, audience development, and pipeline contribution
  • Set and uphold standards for planning excellence, operational rigor, timelines, and communications
  • Manage vendor, agency, and contractor relationships ensuring quality and seamless collaboration
  • Lead budget strategy including forecasting, optimization, and ROI measurement
  • Design and execute VIP experiences for executives and strategic partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align events with broader GTM and company strategies
  • Drive content strategy by working with internal leaders and external speakers
  • Build measurement frameworks linking events to marketing funnel metrics, brand impact, and revenue
  • Act as a player-coach while building and mentoring an events team
