Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (CST)
  • Relevant degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in facilities management or corporate maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant degree preferred
  • 2 or more years' experience working in facilities management or maintenance in a corporate setting required
  • Organized self-starter with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational, customer service and administrative skills
  • Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Must have strong work ethic and a front office professional appearance
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary contact for Building Management and ensure the completion of maintenance work order requests
  • Act as project manager for special projects including planning and coordinating services and deliverables from multiple vendors, contractors, and Building Management
  • Perform as a safety coordinator to support the safety and security manager by coordinating and executing safety and evacuation drills, and office closings
  • Work closely with the Manager to assist with Workplace Services annual budget planning
  • Generate standard reports to support department activities
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Lead implementation and ongoing support for new team software and resources
  • Work with internal business partners to assign and complete Remedy Force tickets
  • Work closely with the Sustainability team and their efforts on enterprise goals such as battery recycle program, earth day tasks, data collection
