Job Requirements

  • Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser in good standing
  • FHA Approved appraiser preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate appraisals
  • Ability to act independently and make appropriate decisions with minimal oversight
  • Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors within the geographic competency area
  • Consistently handle all job aspects well within a defined territory
  • Meet key performance indicators and communicate openly with management and company partners

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing
  • FHA Approved appraiser preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance
  • Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties
  • Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams

Job Duties

  • Complete market value residential property appraisals including traditional, hybrid, and desktop reports
  • Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws
  • Manage data collection, verification, and analysis
  • Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards
  • Stay proactive with status updates and communication
  • Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
