Job Requirements
- Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser in good standing
- FHA Approved appraiser preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate appraisals
- Ability to act independently and make appropriate decisions with minimal oversight
- Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors within the geographic competency area
- Consistently handle all job aspects well within a defined territory
- Meet key performance indicators and communicate openly with management and company partners
Job Qualifications
- Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing

- Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience
- Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance
- Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties
- Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams
Job Duties
- Complete market value residential property appraisals including traditional, hybrid, and desktop reports
- Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws
- Manage data collection, verification, and analysis
- Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards
- Stay proactive with status updates and communication
- Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
