Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
  • knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • hospitality industry experience preferred
  • ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • ability to interpret technical financial documents

  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports

Job Duties

  • Analyze financial information to prepare reports
  • assist with budget preparation
  • perform data gathering, tracking, and record keeping
  • conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning
  • prepare financial schedules, statements, and reports
  • perform auditing, budgeting, cost accounting, and general accounting analyses
  • assist with program cost control and scheduling
