Capital Credit Union Park is a premier sports and event venue located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, serving as the proud home to the 2023 Northwoods League Champion Green Bay Rockers. Since opening its doors on May 31st, 2019, the park has become a vibrant hub of activity, hosting over 400 events annually. Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant college program
  • Commitment to working all Rocker games and additional events
  • Ability to find own housing
  • Availability from January 1, 2026 to May 1, 2026
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Physical ability to perform event setup and maintenance tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college program related to event management, hospitality, or sports management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset and ability to think quickly
  • Commitment to working all 36 Rocker games and additional 10 to 15 events
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive and upbeat personality

Job Duties

  • Building maintenance
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of all events held at the stadium
  • Manage and supervise hospitality areas, ticket package service areas, group decks and party areas to ensure exceptional fan experience
  • Work closely with Food & Beverage Interns on placing food/beverage orders, food preparation, waste management, and management of game day staff
  • Management of inventory and staff for vending services
  • Responsible for placing beverage orders with multiple distributors and maintaining inventory of designated areas
  • Responsible for the general appearance and cleanliness of the concessions areas
  • Act as liaison to over ten distributors of goods and services around the ballpark
  • Assist other stadium operations as needed
