Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Pass background check
- Ability to work in freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Comply with safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend AutoCAD drawings and work orders
- Experience in event setup and housekeeping preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Motivated and able to work efficiently in large groups
- Demonstrated persistence and problem-solving ability
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Setup and tear down of event spaces following load in and load out procedures
- Use work orders and AutoCAD layouts to set furniture and equipment locations
- Maintain cleanliness during events by emptying trash, restocking restrooms, and cleaning floors and surfaces
- Assist event managers and coordinators with client requests
- Perform post-event cleaning and equipment storage
- Report damages to supervisor and properly store equipment
- Conduct snow removal for event-related purposes
