Job Requirements
- Must be available on gameday Saturdays, typical shifts run 5-7 hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must have strong customer service focus
- Ability to interact with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
- Team player with quick thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is preferred
Job Duties
- Scan tickets and verify credentials for venue access
- Assist with event admission by scanning tickets and UA student ACT Cards
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all event guests
- Greet each guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting (e.g., Welcome to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium) as they enter your section, verify ticket location, and assist with any seating issues
- Assist with general facility wayfinding and directions
- Perform other duties as assigned
