Our concession stands serve a variety of classic American ballpark foods including burgers, sausages, hot dogs, tacos, nachos, and creamy Mac & Cheese among other crowd-pleasing favorites. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cook preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- No backpacks or large purses allowed, clear bags are ok
- Do not take anything that does not belong to you, including food
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of fryers, grills, flat tops and BBQ smokers
- Experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
- Ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
- Keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
- Safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
- Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
- Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
