We are a prominent concession service operating within a bustling ballpark environment known for delivering an exciting and dynamic food service experience to thousands of visitors during games and events. Our concession stands serve a variety of classic American ballpark foods including burgers, sausages, hot dogs, tacos, nachos, and creamy Mac & Cheese among other crowd-pleasing favorites. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a cook preferred
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • No backpacks or large purses allowed, clear bags are ok
  • Do not take anything that does not belong to you, including food

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of fryers, grills, flat tops and BBQ smokers
  • Experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Team player with good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
  • Ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
  • Keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
  • Safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
  • Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
  • Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
