Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership qualities
- available to work select Thursday night, Saturday, Sunday and holiday events
- able to lift a load of 35 pounds
- able to quickly add, multiply and subtract quantities of merchandise
- able to quickly add, multiply and subtract sums of money
- must be able to supply and know how to use a stand-alone calculator (not smartphone app)
- must provide references to confirm character of trustworthiness and dependability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- strong proficiency in math and/or accounting
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- demonstrable reliability and trustworthiness
Job Duties
- Lead the commissary team during stadium events
- oversee the sale and distribution of beer, soft drinks, and food products
- ensure accuracy in sales transactions and inventory counts
- manage team scheduling and performance
- maintain compliance with stadium and company policies
- troubleshoot operational issues during events
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service
