Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • one year related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • no supervisory experience required
  • willingness to work full time

Job Duties

  • oversee the functioning and delivery of butler services
  • verify seamless guest experience from pre-arrival through departure
  • supervise the Butler team including Butlers and Butler Valets
  • coordinate with other resort departments to maintain high service standards
  • conduct interviewing and hiring of Butler team members
  • create schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • ensure professional appearance and communications among Butler team members
