- one year related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- oversee the functioning and delivery of butler services
- verify seamless guest experience from pre-arrival through departure
- supervise the Butler team including Butlers and Butler Valets
- coordinate with other resort departments to maintain high service standards
- conduct interviewing and hiring of Butler team members
- create schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
- ensure professional appearance and communications among Butler team members
