- Six months related work experience
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

- Effective collaboration with other hotel departments

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate guest needs
- Passion for luxury service excellence
- Ability to work on feet and stay active during shifts
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
- Verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them where possible
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- Uphold quality standards
- Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
