Job Requirements

- Minimum six months related work experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services for guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify departmental support for butler services
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
- Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication
- Maintain a safe workplace and comply with company policies
- Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
