Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months related work experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services for guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify departmental support for butler services
  • Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
  • Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication
  • Maintain a safe workplace and comply with company policies
  • Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
