- Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg (50 lb)
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver personalized services and experiences to guests before arrival, during check-in, throughout their stay, and at check-out
- Coordinate activities of assistant waiters and other supporting departments to meet guests’ needs
- Anticipate proactively the needs of guests and respond appropriately
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards
- Stand, sit, and walk for long periods
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and set objects up to 23 kg (50 lb) without assistance
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested to ensure smooth hotel operations
