Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of related work experience
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg (50 lb)
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Deliver personalized services and experiences to guests before arrival, during check-in, throughout their stay, and at check-out
  • Coordinate activities of assistant waiters and other supporting departments to meet guests’ needs
  • Anticipate proactively the needs of guests and respond appropriately
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace
  • Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards
  • Stand, sit, and walk for long periods
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull, and set objects up to 23 kg (50 lb) without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested to ensure smooth hotel operations
