Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 6-months related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Must follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
  • Must be available for full-time schedule

  • 6-months related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for luxury guest service
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs creatively
  • Professional appearance and conduct

Job Duties

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
  • Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs
  • Ensure quality standards are met including professional appearance and communications
  • Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures
  • Perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain impeccable interpersonal skills and act as the primary luxury ambassador of the Butler program
