Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 6-months related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
- Must be available for full-time schedule

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs
- Ensure quality standards are met including professional appearance and communications
- Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures
- Perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
- Maintain impeccable interpersonal skills and act as the primary luxury ambassador of the Butler program
