Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

- Willingness to perform reasonable job duties as requested

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
- Verify that supporting departments meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
- Uphold quality standards and company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and communication
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds
