Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience operating dish machines in high-volume restaurants preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong work ethic
