- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical ability to lift heavy objects
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- support culinary team during service by promptly handling dishware and kitchen equipment
- follow health and safety guidelines to maintain kitchen sanitation
- assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- help with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
