Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year cooking experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to handle the physical demands of the role
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold food items according to standardized recipes
  • execute all standardized knife cuts accurately
  • manage assigned cooking station while maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • multitask efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of dishes
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
