- minimum of 1 year cooking experience
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to handle the physical demands of the role
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold food items according to standardized recipes
- execute all standardized knife cuts accurately
- manage assigned cooking station while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- multitask efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of dishes
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
