Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene

Job Qualifications

Experience in preparing coastal European cuisine preferred
Knowledge of hot and cold food preparation
Proficiency in standardized knife cuts
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

Job Duties

Prepare hot and cold food items according to recipes
Perform all standardized knife cuts accurately
