Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Must be able to legally serve alcohol
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of coastal European cocktails and wines
  • Strong memorization skills for cocktail recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Understanding of beverage preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare cocktails for guests at the bar and in the dining room
  • Execute all cocktail recipes on the menu from memory
  • Work closely with staff to ensure bar product quality
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all beverage products available
  • Share cocktail inspiration and history with guests to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest service
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
