Job Duties

  • Conduct daily walk-throughs of office and shop spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and functionality
  • Monitor and restock office supplies and coordinate with external vendors
  • Assist with safety meeting setup, signage updates, and coordination of training or inspections
  • Coordinate team events including lunches, celebrations, and site activities, managing setup and cleanup
  • Set up workspaces and prepare PPE and welcome materials for new hires and visitors
  • Support vendor relationships with janitorial, catering, and supply services
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to Senior Workplace Manager and local leadership on projects and site initiatives
