previous club or lounge experience preferred
must complete BASSET or ABC certificate
prolonged periods of standing and walking
must be able to lift at least 15 pounds

extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service

Job Duties

Greeting and attending to VIP guests with high standards of service
coordinating with bartenders, security, and management to ensure seamless VIP experience
managing guest lists and VIP reservations efficiently
maintaining detailed knowledge of drink preparation and service trends
providing exceptional customer service and interpersonal engagement
handling any VIP guest issues discreetly and professionally
contributing to a vibrant, upscale nightlife environment
