Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations with supervisory or training responsibilities or equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related presentation tools
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in operations with supervisory experience and or training or equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related presentation tools

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support and conduct market-based training for new product implementations and non-product initiatives for franchise and company markets including special projects and tests as required
  • Conduct assessments provide coaching and feedback during restaurant visits and designated development days for restaurant leaders and multi-unit managers
  • Assess areas of opportunity and communicate issues and findings with restaurant leadership teams
  • Recommend potential training programs with key restaurant and organizational leaders
  • Partner with field operations managers and organizational leaders to build capability and bench with multi-unit managers and restaurant management teams
  • Teach designated Wendy's University classes in assigned franchise and company markets
  • Manage the restaurant certification process ensuring a disciplined and consistent standard focus for training restaurants that elevates restaurant and district performance
  • Support market-based activities and locally led initiatives such as GM rallies divisional and regional meetings new restaurant openings and new franchisee onboarding as directed by field operations training manager
  • Provide training and support to internal field operations teams as required
