Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail sales preferred
- basic math skills
- good communication abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer skills for POS system
- must be able to follow company policies and procedures
- commitment to excellent customer service

- experience in retail sales preferably specialty retail or footwear

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- promote positive attitude and willingness to serve
- assist with sales and customer inquiries
- promote company rewards program and business initiatives
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged
- keep cleanliness and organization of all store areas
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- perform cashier functions in accordance with policy and ensure shoes are checked for mates
- process all sales and POS terminal transactions as per policy
- perform additional POS/back office responsibilities including refunds, exchanges, processing S2H and customer pickup orders
