Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills to operate POS systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to serve
  • Perform sales and provide assistance
  • Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged
  • Keep store areas clean and organized
  • Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
  • Monitor loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
  • Participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
  • Perform cashier functions processing sales according to policy
  • Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy
  • Handle additional POS/back office responsibilities including refunds, exchanges, processing S2H and Customer Pickup orders
