Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills to operate POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to serve
- Perform sales and provide assistance
- Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged
- Keep store areas clean and organized
- Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- Monitor loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- Perform cashier functions processing sales according to policy
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy
- Handle additional POS/back office responsibilities including refunds, exchanges, processing S2H and Customer Pickup orders
