Job Duties
- Greeting and providing a friendly atmosphere to guests, students, faculty, and staff
- take accurate beverage orders
- make beverages accurately and in a timely fashion
- controlling cash
- reconciling sales receipts
- ordering products and supplies
- maintaining appropriate levels of inventory
- cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- communicate with leadership on concerns, scheduling, or personnel issues
- partner with the leadership to set prices and maintain profit margins
- train and supervise student employees
- facilitate a team environment
- assist the production team in preparing food products for the day
