Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type 40 words per minute or more
- Excellent phone skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Answer calls, emails and faxes from customers and/or sales staff placing orders
- Work with operations to ensure deliveries meet customer needs and timelines
- Answer basic customer questions regarding products, including pack sizes, availability and pricing
- Set up new delivery locations
- Input orders into supply chain billing system and dispatch module
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to manage order flow
- Provide assistance in resolving customer service issues
