Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute or more
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type 40+ wpm
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Answer calls, emails and faxes from customers and/or sales staff placing orders
  • Work with operations to ensure deliveries meet customer needs and timelines
  • Answer basic customer questions regarding products, including pack sizes, availability and pricing
  • Set up new delivery locations
  • Input orders into supply chain billing system and dispatch module
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to manage order flow
  • Provide assistance in resolving customer service issues
