Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills including microsoft word and excel
- excellent phone communication skills
- ability to multitask and problem solve
- team player with customer service focus
- bilingual spanish english preferred
- ability to work m-f 8 00am to 5 00pm and adapt to schedule fluctuations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of relevant computer applications microsoft word and excel
- ability to type 40 plus wpm
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- answer calls emails and faxes from customers and or sales staff placing orders
- work with operations to ensure deliveries meet customer needs and timelines
- answer basic customer questions regarding products including pack sizes availability and pricing
- set up new delivery locations
- input orders into sc billing system and dispatch module
