Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of receptionist or switchboard experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- ability to multitask prioritize and manage a high volume of calls and requests
- strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring professional and welcoming front desk experience
- answer screen and transfer incoming calls from across the organization
- manage meeting room scheduling and coordinate conference logistics including catering
- issue visitor badges employee access cards and manage front desk security procedures
- maintain and update company phone directories and speed dial lists
- provide administrative support including document preparation labeling and record keeping
- support office operations by coordinating supplies loaner devices and general requests
