Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
  • 1 year relevant work experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 1 year relevant work experience
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Training in business administration, finance, data analytics, arts, design, or related fields preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors, vendors, associates and the general public by employing a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs utilizing computer based visitor management system
  • Maintain adequate supplies for office use, while keeping within established budgets
  • Organize and maintain office files and records in accordance with established guidelines
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences by providing logistical support such as room reservations, meeting room set-up, catering services, etc
  • Create and modify documents in Microsoft Office
  • Respond to routine requests for information and refer more complex requests to appropriate staff members
  • Gather, summarize, and distribute relevant data and information as directed
  • Periodically provide administrative support to the corporate facilities team in support of projects and data integrity within space management software
  • Periodically provide reception and other support services to executive suite leadership teams
