Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Air Traffic Control or related field
- FAA Control Tower Operator (CTO) License or FAA Collegiate Training Initiative (CTI) Certificate or Airport/Airline Ramp Tower Operator Certificate
- Minimum three years experience as fully certified Control Tower Operator in FAA or Military Air Traffic Control Facility or Airport/Airline Ramp Tower Operator
- 20/20 vision or correctable to 20/20
- Ability to work in time-sensitive and safety-sensitive environment
- Strong decision making and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Possess FAA Control Tower Operator (CTO) License or FAA Collegiate Training Initiative (CTI) Certificate or Airport/Airline Ramp Tower Operator Certificate
- Minimum three years experience as fully certified Control Tower Operator in FAA/Military facility or Airport/Airline Ramp Tower Operator
- Strong planning, organizing, decision making and communication skills
Job Duties
- Monitor, direct and control the movement of all aircraft on FedEx Express ramp areas and coordinate this activity with the appropriate department
- Complete special reports and projects as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
