- Must submit to a criminal history check and pre-employment physical/drug screen

Job Duties
- Physically transports heavy objects i.e. moving picnic tables
- Loads and unloads heavy objects, i.e. ice and firewood deliveries
- Maintains grounds and landscaping, i.e. cutting grass and maintaining property
- Maintains equipment and property, i.e. painting, cleaning, and basic repair work
- Works outdoors potentially in extreme heat, rain or other unfavorable weather conditions
- Follows verbal and written instruction
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
