Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create and manage multi-segment, multi-destination itineraries for VIP travelers including air, car, hotel, rail, and limousine within the Corporate Travel Department
- Utilize global distribution systems such as Sabre to accurately document and maintain passenger name records
- Monitor and communicate critical travel information including visa/passport requirements, government alerts, medical advisories, and destination-specific details
- Reconfirm all itinerary elements with suppliers to ensure accuracy and service standard adherence
- Request upgrades for air, hotel, and car rentals based on preferred status and agreements
- Proactively monitor itineraries to anticipate and resolve disruptions while maintaining clear communication with travelers and arrangers
- Provide after-hours support to assist travelers during emergencies or schedule changes
- Coordinate visa and passport processing through approved service providers
- Stay current on airline rules, industry regulations, and travel trends and apply this knowledge to bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external travel partners including the company’s travel management company
- Promptly escalate significant issues to the Corporate Travel Department Manager and manage VIP bookings outside normal business hours when required
- Perform other related duties to support the travel program's overall success
