Job Duties
- Own day-to-day operational performance across multiple cities within the West territory, with a focus on courier and marketplace metrics
- Analyze large data sets to identify performance gaps, build strategic plans, and execute initiatives to close them
- Collaborate closely with strategic ops, legal, city managers, and policy to ensure execution is both effective and compliant with local regulations
- Localize national or global strategies by designing and launching city-specific campaigns tailored to unique market conditions
- Identify and resolve systemic issues by coordinating with tech, support, and product to implement scalable solutions
